32-1/2" bbl with 2 bands. It does have the Allin trapdoor dated 1866. Lockplate is dated 1862. Also the Eagle and US Springfield on the lockplate. The eagle has had some polishing done and the marking has dimmed some. Clean smooth metal on the gun. Wood cond is amazing for a gun this age. Mechanics are very good. Cleaning rod is present. Cal 50. Not certain if this conversion was done at Springfield, some arsenal or some one such as Boker or Bannerman? Lots of eye appeal for not a lot $$.
