1938 Factory Documented Springfield Model 1903 National Match Rifle

Description:

This is a high condition standard National Match Model 1903. Barrel is dated SA 1-38. Receiver is number 1496681 and is listed in Springfield records as being built and shipped as a National Match rifle. It features the star gauge barrel, course butt plate, electro pencil matching number on polished bolt and polished rear sight face. C-Type stock with proof P in circle under grip. Mint condition with all the original factory finish and superb wood with original Brass frog sling. Mint bore and action. Not a National Match type but a true documented National Match 1903 rifle in top almost unfired condition. Comes with front and rear Ohare sight protectors.
