Custom Springfield 1903 Engraved with Silver and ivory inlay 30-06 **Free Shipping**
Description: This is one of the better sportarized 1903's I have seen. It hass very nice deep cut scroll engraving on the barrel and floor plate with a Silver bounding deer inlayed into the floor plate. It has a nice deep blue black high gloss blue on the rifle and receiver and a polished and jeweled bolt. The stock is made from curly maple with Hand cut checkering and what appears to be real ivory diamond inlays in the forend. the Grip cap has a bear on it. The ebony forend tip is separating some from the stock and could easily be repaired. The recoil pay also could use refitting to the stock as the stock has shrunk some leaving it proud of the wood another easy fix in capable hands. It has been drilled and tapped for weaver style scope bases. The engraving alone on this gun would cost $600-$800.
