"U.S. Springfield Model 1795 Type II (AL4975)

Description:
"U.S. Springfield Model 1795 Type II. Lock plate is dated 1805, butt plate is dated 1807. Metal has a mottled gray and brown patina. Stock is good, does show old repairs and a crack in the lower butt stock. Overall a good looking example of an early U.S. shoulder arm.
