Springfield 2nd Model 1870 Single-Shot Rifle .45-70 w/ Bayonet

Description:
Springfield model 1870 single-shot rifle, second model. Chambers .45-70 caliber ammunition in a trapdoor breechblock receiver. Rebarreled with a 32-9/16" barrel. Comes with a bayonet and sleeve. Steel buttplate. Trap-down and hammer are tight. Metal is showing patina throughout with no rust. Wood is very good with some scratches and zero cracks. Appears to be in working order and a very nice looking rifle, for its age. No serial number.

No FFL needed to ship. No shipping outside the US.
