The receiver retains all of the original blue finish. The triggerguard, bands and buttplate retain nearly all of the original blue finish. The breechblock and tang has most of the original bright case colors. The bore is mint. The stock is untouched with nice opened grained wood. A mint SWP/1891 cartouche and firing proof behind the triggerguard. An original leather sling. This is an outstanding rifle.
