Description: This is an excellent Springfield Armory M1 Garand that was originally built in 1945 but later went through the Civilian Marksmanship Program and has the original CMP certificate with it. The finish on metal parts is in great condition with minimal wear. The receiver and barrel both date to March of 1945, so may be original to each other. Stock is marked 'BA' and has no major cracks or chips. Muzzle is a 2, throat is a 1. C&R eligible.
