Here is an excellent condition Springfield Armory M1 Garand produced in April of 1945. This rifle has a new manufacture production Criterion barrel ($300 value), flat side modified -9 SA operating rod, -9 SAbolt, type 3 Springfield Armory locking bar battle sight, and a mixture of WW2 internal parts. The trigger group consists of a -12 SA housing, SA -7 hammer, -6 SA safety, and a stamped trigger guard. The gas cylinder has a wide front sight base with a narrow front sight, period correct gas cylinder lock, and a T marked gas valve. The stock and hand guards has various knicks, dents, scrapes and scratches from a long life military service but is in great serviceable condition and ready to continue serving. Rifle comes with a WW2 era USGI sling.
Overall the rifle is in excellent shape and is a fantastic example of the greatest battle implement ever devised.
