Description:
I am selling this very nice Springfield Armory M1 Garand which was used as a Match target rifle. It has a globe front sight. The barrel is marked "Old Corps Weaponry" which was modified by Roland Beaver before his passing and has had extensive match work done on it. The top of the barrel is also marked "USMC MATCH". I don't see any cartouches on the rifle other than a stamp behind the trigger guard which looks like an elongated letter "E". The barrel is marked on the right side of the chamber with the following markings: "4 GR 1 10 30 06 8 90" and below that is marked "2 Short Chamber". It's got a bright shiny bore. I have attempted to take decent photos of the gun so that you can be confident in what it looks like. I do ship to California if the gun is allowed. All FFL rules apply. If you're close you may pick this up at my shop at Lohrville Iowa. Purchaser agrees to pay actual postage/ shipping costs with insurance to your FFL.
