This is a very clean M1 Garand from the Springfield Armory. I took it to a collector for evaluation, and his findings were:

Stock markings are the eagle with 3 stars above on the left grip side, and a single circled P under the grip. Has original sling with brass catch as well as the cleaning kit in the buttstock. It doesn't look like it's been fired much since being rebarreled.
