"U.S. Springfield Model 1884 trapdoor cadet rifle .45-70 (AL10145)

Description:
"Serial No. 554425, made late 1892, .45-70, 29.5" round barrel. Bore is bright and shiny with light surface frosting visible, rifling remains strong. Barrel is a smooth brown patina with traces of case coloring visible on the breech, mostly in protected areas. Stock has light nicks, dings and scratches visible. 1890 cartouche is present. Action functions correctly.
