Serial No. 136979, 45-70, 29.5"" round barrel U.S. Springfield Model 1884 Cadet trapdoor rifle. Overall fair condition, metal is a dark grey patina with surface oxidation noted. Stock shows usage and handling wear with faint cartouche visible. Action functions correctly, bore is good with some frosting noted in the grooves. Rear sight is missing the elevation section.
