This Stevens 414 "Armory" Model, like many has been re outfitted to better suit its owners over the years. it has had its forend recontoured, and a leather cheek riser added to better fit the shooter. The iron sights have also been swapped from the factory examples, but are in a state of disrepair. Most importantly, however, is the addition of the Winchester A5 scope, an optic known for its quality, which was even chosen by the USMC to be used by their competition rifle team and snipers. This optic is in relatively good condition, but many of the lenses are slightly dirty and the rearmost lens is starting to delaminate, needing repair or replacement. The rifle itself is in excellent mechanical condition, with an excellent bore and only minor superficial corrosion externally.
