1910 Mfg Stevens #40 New Model Pocket Rifle (also called a Bicycle Gun) .25 Stevens RF, 18'' barrel with a mostly bright very good bore showing light frosting in the grooves and strong rifling. The barrel retains about 90% original blue with some light handling marks and areas toning to mild gray-brown patina under bright light. The barrel markings are strong and the proper target sights retain generous brilliant fire blue. The frame retains about 97-98% original nickel finish showing some tiny flakes along the high edges which are very unobtrusive. The hammer and trigger shown nice fire blue and the smooth walnut grips rate excellent retaining about 95% original varnish showing a few small flakes areas and light handling marks, grip fit is excellent. The included matching shoulder stock retains about 96% original nickel finish and fits the frame nicely. Barrel-to-frame fit is excellent and the action seems to function well mechanically. The rifle also includes a period twill fabric case with separate compartments for gun and stock that shows a few small tears and holes with the leather closure straps lost to the years. A fine ensemble with very long barrel.

   We offer FREE 60-day layaway. Buyer must pay at least 1/3 down, 1/3 Due in thirty days and the final balance due in sixty days.
On all uncompleted layaways, all payments made will be non-refundable. The 60 days begins the day the buyer commits to buying the gun. 90 day layaway is available with 1/2 down, via phone. All layaway sales are final. Layaway is not available on negotiated prices.

RETURN POLICY:. All firearms EXCEPT ANTIQUE FIREARMS come with a 3-day from the time your firearm reaches your receiving FFL. -
NON-FIRING, NON-MESSING-WITH (REMOVING PARTS, MOUNTING OPTICS, CLEANING, DETAIL STRIPPING) inspection / return privilege to cover any issue that was NOT noted in the written description -OR- shown in the photos of the item . Inspection is based on a visual review of the gun to confirm the gun is in the condition stated. The inspection period begins at time of delivery to your dealer. It is your responsibility to inspect the gun in this time frame and inform Ten Below Firearms by phone or e-mail, of any such issue. You MUST get ahold of us before just returning a firearm. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping. Please ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing one of our firearms for sale listings.
