Stevens Favorite, .22 LR, Restored, Antique c. 1895,  SN: Y427

Description:
          On Lay-Away.........REDUCED $$$..........This Stevens Favorite was originally chambered in .25 Rimfire. During the restoration process the bad bore was sleeved to .22LR and has only been test fired.  All blued items have been re-done, the Receiver and Lever have new color case hardening. The trigger and front sight hood provide a nice Gold accent color.  The original hard rubber butt plate remains in excellent condition. The wood has been checkered and refinished with an 1889 U.S. dated coin inlayed into the buttstock. This is a fully functional and striking looking Stevens Favorite .22 rifle.
.22 LR caliber with a 22 inch barrel.  Serial Number: Y427.  ANTIQUE, No FFL or C&R Required.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $45.00.

          Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
