STEVENS MODEL 87D MADE IN 1957

Description:
Stevens Model 87D 22 s l lr made in Chicopee Falls, Mass. I believe the date code is 19G on the top of the barrel which would make it a 1957 model, regardless with a RE22585 patent number it puts it between 1945-60. This is a tube fed 22 s l or lr and the barrel states 22 long rifle automatic only. Stock has nice walnut grain and the receiver is grooved for scope rings. Bore is bright with what appears good rifling. Rifle has some honest wear but in overall very good condition both bluing and wood. See pictures for condition  Barrel length is 24" OAL Is 44".  Bottom 1/4" of butt pad has broken off. $295.00 $60.00 insured shipping
