"BNZ code Steyr 98 Rifle 8mm Mauser (R44031) ATX

Description:
"SN: 1189. 1943 production. Bolt action rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser with a 24"" barrel. Bore has strong rifling with some frosting. Stock is in good condition with moderate handling wear with missing front barrel band spring. Metal condition is very good with some mechanical wear on the bolt and the barrel and receiver has developed a grey and brownish patina. BNZ Code with no importation marks. Bolt is mismatched but head space is good.
