Serial #WO2266, .44-40, 24 inch octagonal barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the “Legends of the Old West" commemorative Model 66 rifle manufactured by Uberti for the America Remembers company which produces the “American Heroes & Legends" series of firearms of which this is #177 of a limited run of 500. The fully functional lever action rifle pays tribute with engraved images of Bat Masterson, Red Cloud, Wild Bill Hickock, Nat Love, Billy the Kid, Custer and Scouts, Judge Roy Bean, Bob Ford, Pat Garrett, Cattle Kate, Kit Carson, Annie Oakley, Sitting Bull, Buffalo Bill, Wyatt Earp, Chief Joseph, Doc Holliday, Geronimo, Judge Parker and Belle Starr. The Beautifully engraved and gold plated rifle is in excellent condition retaining virtually all 97-98% of the high polish blue with some light handling marks and freckles on the magazine tube and excellent bright gold plated finishes. The high gloss walnut stock and forearm are likewise excellent with some minor handling blemishes. A beautiful commemorative rifle that will look great on display and add to any Western themed gun collection. FFL
