Beautifully handcrafted custom 470 nitro boxlock double rifle by Verney Carron. All handmade, start to finish, and in excellent used condition. Weighing in at 9 lbs 14 oz., and impeccably balanced. This rifle features many upgrades and is priced a fraction of what a new comparable rifle would cost. The wood to metal fitting is excellent, and the rifle is regulated extremely well, and will shoot to 100 yards easily. Factory Norma shoots very well, and load data is available for this rifle as well. Not only does the rifle shoot well but the stock dimensions make it a joy to shoot, does not beat you up like some large caliber doubles do. Recoil is very manageable and follow up shot acquisition is extremely fast. Below is a list of all the features this magnificent double rifle has to offer.
