Description:
This 9.3x75R Sagittaire NT double rifle is made by the famous French firm Verney Carron of Saint-Étienne, which has been in the gunmaking business since 1820. This example has 22" monobloc barrels chamber in 9.3x75R with a fiber front sight blade dovetailed to a serrated riser. The rear sight is an adjustable square notch integral to the 1/4 rib. The second monobloc barrel is a 28" vent rib with a front sight post, chambered for 2 3/4" 12 gauge and choked "improved Mod, Improved Cyl". The French gray receiver has scrolled engraving with deer and wild bore game scenes. The stocks are two piece hand checkered stocks with cheek rest and finger groove forends. The butt plate is a checkered hard rubber Verney Carron. Come with take down case, scope rings. Overall this gun is still in very good condition. 9.3x74R

Metal Condition: "Rifle barrels rate about 95% + with fine usage wear. The shotgun barrels have scattered corrosion freckles on the top chamber, barrels, rib with light signs of use wear, about 85% remaining. 35% of the left side frame has oxidation and staining.&quo
Wood Condition: 98% with a couple minor dings in both forearms. The stock has a small chip at the toe with a few minor dings 95%.
Bore Condition: Both have bright excellent bores.
Barrels: "22"" double rifle barrels, 28"" shotgun barrels.
Triggers: Single.

Fore End: 9.3x74R is a checkered schnabel.
Butt Pad: Hard rubber.
Weight: 7.5 lbs
Sights: Adjustable on the rifle barrel and a front post on the 12 gauge barrel.
