Scarce BSW single shot .22 LR trainer rifle manufactured 1938/1939, this example marked with the prominent SA NSDAP logo, the Sturm Abteilung Natioanlsozialistche Deutsche Arbetiterpartei functioning as the military wing of the Na*i Party.

Description:

Standard configuration BSW single shot .22 Lang (5.4mm) Trainer rifle, drift adjustable serrated ramp front sight and tangent rear sight from 25-200 meters. Left side of barrel marked with caliber information and the full SN: 206160. Top of receiver is marked with encircled BSW logo and location in Suhl. The right side of receiver marked with "KK Wehrsportgewehr" and customary BU proofs that are repeated on adjacent barrel. Unmarked bolt. Smooth military style walnut stock, disc inserts for bolt disassembly, left side of stock stamped with scarce 1 1/2" encircled SA d. NSDAP logo, the Sturm Abteilung Natioanlsozialistche Deutsche Arbetiterpartei functioning as the military wing of the Na*i Party, smooth steel buttplate. No cleaning rod. Period sling.

Condition:

EXC original salt blue on metal components with light wear on the forward barrel band and very fine oxidative toning on forward receiver around logo, minimal thinning/wear on bolt and trigger guard. Carefully refinished stock with crack at upper/left side of wrist and refurbished buttplate. Mirror bright bore. Correct manual mechanics.
