The Gewehr 43 or Karabiner 43 is a 7.92×57mm Mauser caliber semi-automatic rifle developed by Germany during World War II. The design was based on that of the earlier G41(W) but incorporated an improved short-stroke piston gas system as well as a detachable magazine and relocated charging handle.
This firearm is a rare specimen of a WWII German infantry rifle. It is in good condition for its age and exhibits all the proper markings. It is AC45 stamped and also has the Waffen stamp per the photos. The numbers on the bolt match the numbers on the receiver. The cleaning kit is not included as it is missing.
