Weatherby Mark V 7mm Weatherby Magnum. Made in West Germany, serial P53248 has a 26-inch barrel, checkered bolt knob, rosewood accents and a Weatherby logo recoil pad. ENGRAVING: A lion in gold relief charges across the floorplate. Bold leafy vine provides the border as well as a theme - rolling over the balance of the receiver and extending along the first 15 inches of the barrel. No box, papers or additional accessories. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 8.2 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.5 inches. CONDITION: The bore is bright with occasional spots of trace frosting. Metal finish is approximately 85 percent, the majority of the adjustment from light thinning on the front portion of the barrel. Wood is approximately 80 percent with a distribution of scratches and impressions. The price is firm and layaway is available. $2,500 plus shipping.
