Description:
This is a hard to find Weatherby Mark V Custom Crown grade rifle. The rifle does not look like it has been fired outside of the factory buy may have been fired once or twice. Manufactured without sights, standard barrel markings, and a 9 inch section of deep cut, leafy scroll engraving on top of the barrel. The receiver features matching leafy scroll engraving with standard markings, swivel style scope bases, Weatherby Supreme 3-9x44 scope, jeweled and fluted bolt, jeweled follower, engraved floor plate with relief engraved gold inlaid bear, matching engraved trigger guard, and knurled bolt handle knob. Walnut pistol grip stock with some attractive burl figure, rosewood forend and grip caps, contrasting wood inlays, leafy scroll carved grip areas, blank gold inlaid inscription plate at the forend, raised cheek piece, and vented Weatherby recoil pad. Excellent overall with like new original blue finish, well defined engraving, sharp carved stock accents, and just a few small dings on the wood that you need to look for. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with clear optics. .300 Weatherby Magnum
