Weatherby Vanguard in 270 Win 24” barrel with New Vortex Diamondback 3-9 x 40MM scope. S/N (VB176070) This rifle is from my personal collection, and it shoots extremely accurately. I swapped out scopes for the sale with a new out of the box Vortex Diamondback. I have had very good luck with these Weatherby Vanguards in terms of accuracy. This rifle hasn’t been out of my safe in 5 years but prior to that when I initially set up this rifle it was shooting less than one in groups with Hornady SST 140 grain ammunition. There have been less than 40 rounds through this rifle. Overall, the condition of this rifle is very good to excellent. The composite stock shows little wear, and the bluing is nearly perfect. My apologies for the darkness of the pictures as I took while sun was going down. I’m clearing out some of my items to make way for my differing taste in firearms, so I’m aggressively pricing this Weatherby Vanguard in 270 Win.
