Description:
The Laminate Sporter builds on the classic platform of the sporter package with the addition of a Boyds laminate stock. Every Boyds gunstock is constructed of top-grade laminated hardwood that's dried to exact specifications to ensure rigidity and stability. Sealed with chemical-resistant finishes for long-lasting durability in all weather conditions. Vanguard barrels are cold hammer forged which make them much more accurate and reliable than other rifles in their price range. To back this up, all Vanguards are guaranteed to shoot a 3-shot group of .99" or less at 100 yards (SUB-MOA) from a cold barrel when used with Weatherby factory or premium ammunition. All Vanguards have a one-piece machined bolt body and a fully enclosed bolt sleeve. They also sport an integral recoil lug and hinged floorplate. .30-06 Springfield
