Winchester 1894 , 32 Win Special

SOLD LOCAL Having sold my war time Mfg'd 30/30 I'll now offer my model 1894 in the Win. 32 Special,  sn 1315757 dates this old carbine to a 1942 Mfg. Records are debatable  for this time span.supposedly President Truman received rifle number 1,500,000 in 1947 and President Eisenhower received the 2,000,000 rifle in 1952 , so I'd guess around the end of the war. The caliber came out around the start of the 20 th century for the fellas liking B/P and cast bullets it has a 1:16 twist versus the 1:12 of the 30/30 both made from the 38/55 case. This rifle retains nearly all its original blue and factory finish. The wood has never been sanded I'll include a picture I'd thought it fun to get some war time rifles she's in factory condition. I've had it a long time and only shot it a few times. A fella questioned the missing front sight hood so I've picked one up and spruced her up a bit. I guess they had more power than the 30/30 but less than the .30 Army ( 30/40 Krag ) over 7 million of these 1894's  having been built, that's a few. I ship only through the USPS and only to your own C&R or a FFL, I'm a long time collector that enjoyed real rifles not the stuff being marketed today.
