Here's a Excellent Plus Example of Special Order Model 1886 in 45-90 Cal ! Serial number 125198. Shipped March 8, 1902. Comes with copy of Factory Letter ! Barrel and tube have most of there original blue finish remaining thinning to around 50 percent solid . Frame has 85% solid blue thinning. Bolt has lotsa solid blue still remaining. With Solid blue in protected areas. All markings are crisp ! Pistol grip No Checkering Stock is in excellent condition with handling marks and dings . Correct 1886 barrel sight and front sight is a 1886 sporting sight . Bore and mechanics are in excellent plus condition. Gun locks up tight and is in excellent working condition!
