Description: Here's a Very Low Production Winchester Model 1892 Musket with Saber Bayonet ! Serial number 186514. 44-40 caliber.,Shipped on March 5, 1902 . This was a very Important Time in American History ! With the Indian Wars ending and the Wild West Coming to a end America was having growing pains and there was disturbance in our American Economy! I wish this gun could talk ! The Original Finish on the metal has turned a nice Blue Brown Patina with traces of bright blue in the protected areas ! Metal is smooth and sharp. Comes with original Sights . Original stocks are in excellent condition. Comes with a copy of the factory letter verifying that this gun left the factory with a saber bayonet . Comes with the original Winchester Bayonet and Scabbard. Bayonet is all original and in excellent condition. The scabbard has the stitches loosened up and a pin missing on tip. Overall in excellent condition. Bright Bore and mechanics are in excellent condition. Gun is in excellent working condition! Gun locks up real tight !
