Description: Here's a Minty Winchester Model 1892 SRC in 38-40 Caliber! Gun is like new condition with flaking on the receiver ! Serial number 979XXX. 38-40 caliber rifles. Barrel and tube have all of its original solid blue finish still remaining! Frame has flaked which was typical on these later 1892 models! Original Walnut Stocks are like new . With the beautiful raised grain still sharp ! Love to see the raised grain on untouched original Walnut stocks ! There one nick on top of rear stock next to butt plate as seen in photo. Even the butt plate has all it's original solid blue finish still remaining.,Bore and mechanics are in excellent condition. Gun is like new condition overall .
