Winchester Model 61 Hammerless Slide Action, Cal. .22 LR, 1958 Vintage, Mint Condition

Description:
The Winchester Model 61 Hammerless Slide Action was made from 1932 to 1963, with approximately 350,000 manufactured.  The rifles were fitted with either a 24 inch round or octagon barrel, rifled or smooth bore, 3/4 length tube magazine, standard small bore open rifle sights, grooved walnut forearm, walnut pistol grip stock with black checkered butt-plate, were blue finished, and chambered in .22 S, L, LR, WRF or .22 Magnum.  This 1958 vintage Model 61 is as described and is fitted aith a 24 inch round barrel with rifled bore, and chambered in .22 LR..  It is one of the nicest Model 61's we have seen in a long time, retaining 99% original finishes, with a few very minor handling marks, with most on the stock, and some blue loss on the slide lever.  The bore looks as new and the action functions the same.  A fantastic example of its type.  Sorry, no box or paper-work.                                                   CURIO & RELIC
