Description: Bear Arms Promotions LLC is extremely excited to offer this Rare Special Order Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 Carbine in 32 Winchester Special. This caliber was listed as a test caliber for Winchester with limited examples existing. Made in 1951 with a barrel date of 49. The serial number is marked on the receiver 192310 as well as the bolt matching. The checkered stock and forearm show minor handling marks throughout with no cracks present. The blued metal finish shows wear mostly at the muzzle, butt plate, and bolt. Original stippled ramp front sight with hood and rear half moon sight. Factory drilled and tapped for a scope. The floor plate and trigger guard are clean with minimal wear. Original sling swivels are still intact. The bore and rifling are crisp and in excellent condition. Overall this Pre-64 Model 70 Carbine in a rare non-standard caliber is a fine example that would make for a great addition to any Winchester Collection.
