The 1994 Winchester Model 94 Limited Edition Centennial Custom Grade is the rarest of the centennial series—only ninety-four were produced. Chambered in .30-30 Winchester, or .30 W.C.F., it features a twenty-six-inch half-round, half-octagon barrel with a half-magazine tube. The grayed receiver carries hand-engraved No. 5 style engraving by Master Engraver Kurt Horvath, with gold-outlined panel scenes of caribou on one side and pronghorns on the other, plus a replica Lyman Number Two tang sight. It sits in fancy select DELUXE walnut with F-style checkering and carving, a pistol-grip stock, and a crescent buttplate. Originally priced at forty-six hundred eighty-four dollars new, these are the pinnacle of the 1994 centennial run. This one comes as a complete matching set with the limited-edition 1994 Winchester Centennial knife set and the official 1994 Centennial beer stein, both released to commemorate the rifle’s one hundredth anniversary.
