CALL OR TEXT ME TODAY AT 304-550-2255 AND LETS MAKE A DEAL! -Nick Dalporto Antique, 2nd model Winchester Model 1873 Deluxe Short Rifle chambered in .38-40 WCF with a special order 22" 1/2 octagon barrel with 1/2 mag. Correct measurements for a factory 1873 short rifle in 3 ways: from front sight to end of barrel, forend length, and from rear sight to start of receiver. Deluxe checkered wood with straight grip. Gun is functional but needs some TLC. The lever droop is significant, but indicating a spring needs replaced, the front sight needs a new blade, the rear sight needs some penetrating oil to be able to flip positions properly. Bore isn't the greatest. All but 2 digits of the serial number have been worn off from usage. The only two numbers visible are a "20". Being a 2nd model, the serial number is likely in the 120,000 range. The dust cover and rail are also missing. But Nontheless if you can appreciate the rarity in a deluxe short rifle 1873 2nd model, then this rifle is for you. The wood is the best condition thing about the gun in my opinion.
