The gun has apparently been used in Belgium, having Belgian proof marks on the barrel and Bruxelles on the buttstock, along with the name A D Jansen and a unit cartouche. In addition the gun has sling swivels and is in terrific condition. SN 912XX. The gun retains a good 60% original blue, mostly on the magazine tube and lever. The Belgian proofs are on the left side of the barrel near the frame. The wood is in excellent condition and has a stamping of Bruxelles and A D Jansen on the stock along with a cartouche. The bore is excellent and action very crisp and tight. The barrel retains a good 50% original blue.
