Description:

This rifle, serial #869146, was made in 1919 with following special features.

1. Shorter 24" Pencil Barrel in 30 WCF

2. Take Down

3. Checkered deluxe wood with pistol grip and Winchester Rubber Pad (Replaced)

4. Sling eyes

5. Slidin Lyman Receiver Sight

It is one of the most perectly balanced rifles I have ever handled. As to condition, the receiver retains almosts all of the original high polish finish. The barrel is about the same . Checkered wood is near mint with beautiful grain. The take down ring has patina finish. Red rubber Winchester pad has been replaced more recently. Bore mint as is action and take down. I called Connie at Cody and came back no record.
