Winchester M1876, Octagonal Barrel Rifle, .40-60, 28” Barrel, c. 1885, Tastefully Restored, SN:42410

Description:
          This M1876 Winchester Rifle (Centennial Model) has 28” octagonal barrel chambered in .40-60 caliber. It has been tastefully restored to the finest standards. Notice that the screw holes in the receiver are not dished. The barrel and Magazine tube have been left in the original excellent finish. The receiver, lever, butt plate and fore end cap have been color cased. The case color is beautiful, not the garish carnival colors we sometimes see. The wood has been replaced to match the overall condition of this fine rifle. The bore is excellent, bright and shiny, and the action works like new, as would be expected.
          There are some very minor handling marks on the barrel from years of handling (Shown in Photos) but not detracting.
          A Cody Museum letter indicates that the rifle remains in its’ original configuration. It was received in the warehouse March 2, 1885 and shipped March 3, 1885. The letter will be provided to the buyer. (Copy Shown)
          This is a very nice M1876 for your Winchester collection.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. This rifle will be packed in a New Hard Case, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $65.00.

          Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 30 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
