32 WS , Winchester Special. Serial number 11507XX. Mfg 1938. 20" round barrel. Wood shows wear and finish loss, forend shows minor marring. Evidence of old finish added. Buttstock shows evidence of sanding and old refinish, retaining little finish. Hole 2" from toe for sling swivel. Correct sheet metal carbine buttplate. Action retains little original blue. Left side of action under peep sight shows light scratching. Lever retains 60% blue, loading gate shows high percentage blue, probably replacement. Bolt shows high percentage origianl blue, barrel and mag tube retain 90% blue. Missing rear sight. Bead front sight, and Redfield peep rear sight. Bore is excellent. More photos on request.
