Winchester 1873 First Model Saddle Ring Carbine. Made 1878. 92%-93% original nickel finish. Very hard to find a first model Winchester 1873 carbine in any kind of condition, much less an original nickel gun. Wood is very fine with minor handling wear. Metal is excellent. Bore is very good with spots of pitting. Gun comes with a factory letter that confirms this gun as a carbine, but makes no mention of the finish. This gun is 100% guaranteed original finish. Very fine original Winchester 1st Model Saddle Ring Carbine with Nickel Finish!
