EXTREMELY RARE 1873 SHORT RIFLE

Description:
Very scarce 14 inch octagon barrel chambered in the desirable 44 WCF caliber. German silver blade front and typical Winchester sporting rear sights. Has the correct short forearm wood. Gun blends well in condition having a deep brown patina over all of the metal. Wood is also dark and somewhat oil soaked giving it a very nice look. No dust cover. Action is a little sloppy and the bore is pretty rough. This is a hard to find gun for your collection and it has that been there and done that character to it. Comes with a Winchester letter and ATF clearance papers.
