WINCHESTER 2ND MODEL 1873 RIFLE WITH 28 INCH BBL
Description: Special order 28 inch octagon barrel with full length mag tube chambered in 44 WCF. Dark bore with strong rifling that may clean up. Rifle style butt. Blade front and sporting rear sights. Metal surfaces have all been cleaned long ago and are a mottled gray/brown patina with some scattered pitting. Re-oiled wood condition matches the rest of the gun with some scratches and dings. This is a Second Model rifle made in 1882.
