Description: Standard 20 inch barrel carbine configuration chambered in 44 WCF caliber. Original sights include an "1873" marked ladder rear sight and a standard front. Very good bore with sharp rifling and shine. Wood is also very good with just a few minor dings. Mechanics are crisp and tight. Original dust cover and saddle ring. Overall metal is a gray patina having been cleaned long ago. Good markings. Traces of blue in the protected areas. This carbine was made 1891.
