WINCHESTER MODEL 1873 RIFLE

Description:
Caliber 44-40. Features a 24 inch octagon barrel and full length mag tube. Beeches combination folding front sight and very scarce 7-leaf platinum lined rear sight. A VG shootable bore with well defined rifling. Wood is in good cond with some minor dings and initials on the buttstock. A chunk out of the forearm about 2" long. Rifle style butt plate. Special order sling swivels as well as set trigger. Overall metal in generally good cond is light grey color having possibly been cleaned at one time. Sharp corners. Good markings. Nice functioning action. Complete with original set trigger and Factory Letter.
