Winchester Model 1886 lever action rifle chambered in .40-82 Winchester. It was the first lever action rifle designed by John Moses Browning. 1893 estimated year of manufacture. Features include a 26-inch octagonal barrel with dovetail blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights along with a color casehardened receiver with nitre blued load ramp. The forearm and straight grip stock are attractive plain walnut with the buttstock being fitted with a crescent buttplate. No accessories. .40-82 WCF
