Winchester Model 1886 in 40-65WCF Caliber

Description:
Very Solid Antique Model 1886 Winchester Serial # 859xx ( 1894 Production ). Frame, Hammer and Lever retain 20-25% Original Case Colors with the most on the Hammer ( See Photos ). Barrel retains 75-80% original blue with mag tube in the mid 90's%. Mag Tube has a small dent approx. 2" below the mag band (pictured). Wood retains 90% of the Original Finish with several dings and handling marks mostly on the Buttstock also Pictured. Believe me, this gun has been hunted a lot and shows it. Bore has some pitting above the breach and about 1/3rd up the barrel. Pretty normal for a gun of it's age especially in a Black Powder Caliber. Lands and Grooves are are sharp and the bore is bright. I would call it a very shootable bore. Just a Nice Old 86 that shows it's age and use. Priced to Sell.
