Description:
The Winchester Model 82 was in production between 1892 and 1941. This well known, compact, and lightweight lever-action rifle was designed by John Browning and features a dual-locking bolt action, a full-length mag tube, and a saddle ring. While there are modern productions, this particular Model 82 is dated around 1924. This rifle is a favorite in cowboy action shooting, ideal for hunting in brush conditions due to its compact size, and extensively used in Hollywood westerns, notably by John Wayne, and is a staple of the American West. Keeping in mind the 100-year age of this firearm, the condition is quite good. The wooden stock has some wear and tear in some areas, as well as the barrel and receiver have some knicks and scratches, but nothing that is not normal usage and is overall in good condition with no major issues.
