Description: Winchester model 1892 in 38WCF (38-40). Built in 1917, this rifle has a 24" half octagon half round barrel with an excellent bore. The rifle is in all original condition. It retains 75% of the original blue finish and 85% or the original wood finish. The stcok is sound with no cracks, just light handling marks. The action functions perfectly and is very smooth. The stock has a crescent buttplate. This is a solid all original 92 that you can shoot and enjoy as well as collect. C&R eligible.
