Winchester 1894 38-55 Win

Description:
38-55 Win, serial number 1110XX. Mfg 1897. 26" octagon barrel. Metal shows light pitting, possible old cleaning. Retains less than 10% blue. Magazine tube cap is replacement. Front sight Sheard-style bead, rear sight is Kings later era full buckhorn. Bore shows smooth even pitting, shootable. Sound mechanically. Wood is correct for period. Metal rifle buttplate stands slighly proud at toe. Wood shows age appropriate wear, light oil soaking at tang, no cracks or large marrs. Will ship direct to buyer. More photos on request.
