WINCHESTER 1894 DELUXE SPECIAL ORDER RIFLE WITH A5 SCOPE IN 25-35 WCF

Description:
Quite unusual gun. Fitted with a take down frame. 26 inch rapid taper barrel extra light weight barrel. Caliber 25-35. Gun was ordered with a deluxe checkered straight grip stock and shotgun style buttplate. Wood has an oil finish. The barrel has the "WP" markings off to the side as well as the caliber markings. This gun was originally Winchester manufactured with an A5 scope mounted on it. The mounts are off to the side so that you may look at the buckhorn rear sight which is elevated. Lyman front ivory bead front sight. Folding tang sight. Gun appears to have had little use. Crisp and tight. This could be the only 1894 factory made with a Factory Winchester scope. Interesting little gun.
