For your viewing from a estate is a Winchester model 94 made in 1912 in 25-35 cal. Somewhere during it's life a amiture gunsmith (firearm butcher) decided the original octagon barrel needed to be half octagon and half round. Also the barrel is 21 1/2" long. Added front ramp and shortened the magazine to make a custom sporting rifle??? The kicker is that also added was a colt butt plate in excellent condition . Barrel is a little dark but stron rifling. The mechanics of the rifle are excellent. If you happen to have a nickel steel 25-35 barrel this rifle could be put back close to original. Nothing wrong with it for a shooter. Priced for the shooter or the restorer!!!
